Over the years I have worked in finance, insurance, property investment and digital marketing. Throughout that journey one thing became clear to me: rental property remains one of the most powerful and sustainable ways to build long-term wealth. Today my focus is simple. Through a procurement rental model, I assist landlords in finding, screening and placing qualified tenants while the landlord remains in full control of the property, the deposit and the monthly rental income. To address this, we introduced the RentAssist Tenant Passport. Tenants can complete a pre-approval process before applying for rental properties. This process may include: • credit checks • affordability verification • identity verification • rental history review Once approved, the tenant receives a Tenant Passport — a verified tenant profile that can be presented to landlords. This creates advantages for both sides. For landlords it provides access to pre-approved tenants and faster placement of reliable applicants. For tenants it creates credibility and allows them to apply for rentals with a verified profile. When marketing a property, we can also introduce suitable applicants from our pre-approved tenant database, helping properties get rented faster. # Supporting Landlords Who Manage Their Own Properties Many landlords prefer to manage their own properties while still having access to professional services when needed. I assist landlords by connecting them with trusted service providers such as: • tenant screening and credit checks • lease agreements and documentation • rental insurance and rental guarantees • property inspections • eviction attorneys when required • maintenance and repair contractors • professional property photography and marketing This gives landlords the freedom to manage their property independently while still having access to experienced support. # Helping Agents Build Rental Businesses I also work with estate agents who want to build strong rental portfolios.
